Ingredient :
· 150 grams lean meat (tenderloin), slice thinly
· 1 carrot, cut oblique
· 3 pieces of hioko mushrooms
· 2 strands of white mustard
· 5 dry tuberose
· 500 ml chicken broth
How to make :
1. Heat the sesame oil, then stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then insert the lean meat.
2. Add the chicken broth and the other seasonings, then cook it until boiled.
3. Insert the carrots, mushrooms, white mustard, wet soun, and tuberose. Cook it until well-done, then take it up.
4. Serve it with additional garnish.
